Performance gymnasts demonstrate amazing skill, exceptional strength, and great courage however gymnastics is a sport that offers everyone a fun, social and exhilarating activity from babies at 8 weeks old to veterans of 88 years+

  • Pre-school certificate (3-5 years old): PP1 – PP3

​Training children important skills such as balance and coordination. With expert supervision and a playful environment, it is a great way to let them have fun and lay the foundations of a healthy and active lifestyle
